CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BOOTCAMP: A popular class that mixes bodyweight exercises and calisthenics with cardio and strength training.

H.I.I.T.: This class is a total-body, heart-pumping, conditioning and strength workout! This interval-based class combines strength training and high intensity cardio, designed to tone your body and improve your endurance!

POWER CIRCUIT: This class is a combo of it all! Weight training, cardio, resistance bands, medicine balls and more.

SELF-DEFENSE: In this class you will learn awareness, assertiveness and confrontation skills, safety strategies and physical techniques to help a person resist and evade attacks.

SPINNING: A non-impact cardio workout on stationary bikes. You’ll tackle hills, sprints and more during this fun cardio class!

YOGA: Balance and peacefulness result from attention to breath as we move through physical “asana” yoga practice. You will learn basic poses and practice balance, while centering your mind and body.

ZUMBA: Get ready to dance yourself into shape! This class is exhilarating and easy to follow! Dance Latin-inspired, calorie-burning routines that’ll whip you into shape!
